FADE IN

INT. NIGHT.

Floating into the pitch black barrel of a gun.

Fading in. Male in a raincoat. Fedora hat. His back to a window.

5 feet away, a male. Dressed fully in black. Eyes masked. Gun in hand.

He throws a cloth, caught by the man in the raincoat.

Man in black nods. Man in raincoat binds it around his head, covering his eyes.

Gun aimed. Dead center. Forehead.

A sound. The gun cocks.

MAN IN BLACK
Finally you've come... to your end.

BANG!!!

A bullet explodes out the barrel. Time slows.

Bullet flying with such grace. A crystal clear line to his forehead.

Entering with furious force, hurling him back through the window.

Shattering glass. Arms outstretched. Lips frozen.

Graceful peaceful descent.

SPLASH!

Sinking deep in water, the blindfold floats off.

His lips release a circle of bubbles, rising gently.

Merging with the air above.

The sound of a single word.
